Refund Policy
We back paid plans with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Here is exactly how refunds work.

1. Scope
1.1This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Layerr (the Pro and Team plans) purchased through our website. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
2.1If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for that plan. We will refund the amount you paid, in full, with no questions asked.
2.2The guarantee applies to your initial purchase of a plan. It does not apply to subsequent renewal payments (see Section 3).
3. After the 7-day window
3.1After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
3.2When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
4. Annual plans
4.1Annual plans are also covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of the annual payment. After 7 days, an annual subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the year, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term.
5. Free / Hobby plan
5.1The Hobby plan is free, so no payment is taken and no refund applies.
6. Payments and merchant of record
6.1Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). Charges and refunds may appear on your statement under Paddle's name.
6.2Because Paddle is the merchant of record, its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; processing times depend on Paddle and your bank or card issuer.
7. How to request a refund
7.1Email [email protected] from the address associated with your purchase, including your order or receipt details. We aim to acknowledge requests within a few business days. Eligible refunds under Section 2 will be approved promptly.
8. Chargebacks
8.1If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we will work to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
9. Changes to this policy
9.1We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
