Privacy Policy

1.1This policy is provided by Aspyre Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered address at 30 N Gould St #Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the Layerr website at layerr.app and the provider of the Layerr software.

1.2It covers the personal data we process through our website and during the sale and support of the Service. It does not cover data processed by the self-hosted Layerr runtime, which runs on your own infrastructure and is under your control (see Section 3).

2.1Beta and account data. When you join the beta or create an account, we collect your email address and the plan you are interested in. If you contact us, we collect your message and contact details.

2.2Billing data. When you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by our merchant of record, Paddle (see Section 4). Paddle collects and processes your payment details; we receive limited transaction information such as your name, billing country, plan, and the last digits/brand of your card. We never receive or store full card numbers.

2.3Analytics data. We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Plausible is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal data. We see only aggregate metrics such as page views and referral sources, and we cannot identify you personally from them.

3.1We do not collect your IP address for analytics, we do not use fingerprinting, we do not share data with advertisers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

3.2The Layerr runtime you install is self-hosted and sends zero data to us by default. Your prompts, code, responses, and Provider API keys stay on your infrastructure and go directly to the Providers you configure. We have no access to them.

4.1We use the data above to: provide and administer beta access and accounts; process payments and prevent fraud; respond to your inquiries and provide support; send service and product updates; and understand and improve our website.

4.2Where required by law, our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract with you (accounts and billing); your consent (marketing emails, which you may withdraw at any time); and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service (aggregate analytics and fraud prevention).

5.1We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service, under confidentiality and data-processing obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

5.2Our key sub-processors are:

• Paddle - payment processing and merchant of record;
• Plausible Analytics - privacy-first, cookieless website analytics;
• Postmark - transactional and notification email delivery;
• Our hosting provider - to serve the website and store signup data.

5.3We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6.1We and our sub-processors may process data in countries other than yours. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.

7.1We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here: account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations; beta signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; and support correspondence as needed to resolve your request.

8.1Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email.

8.2To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9.1We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. See the security page for details on Layerr's architecture.

10.1This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The only cookies that may exist are functional ones required by the application itself (for example, to keep you signed in if you create an account). We do not share cookie data with third parties.

11.1The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12.1This policy may change as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
